Location: The conference will be held in both the Science Engineering Buidling (SCEN) and the Reynolds Center for Economic Development (RCED) on the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville, Arkansas. SCEN is on Dickson St, between Duncan Ave and Harmon Ave. It's the RED star in the above map. RCED is on Buchanan Ave, across the street from the Harmon Avenue Parking Garage. It's the BLUE star in the above map. Please see the campus map for more details.
Airport: The closest airport to the Univerrsity of Arkansas is Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA). We will arrange shuttles for registered participants that request one. XNA is only airport with shuttle service. Other airports that are close and may have cheaper fares are Fort Smith (FSM) and Tulsa (TUL). Rental car service is available at these locations.
Hotels: We have blocks of rooms set aside at The Sleep Inn and The Comfort Inn & Suites. Please contact one of the organizers to get the group rate.
Parking: The Harmon Avenue Parking Facility will be open. Additional parking is available across the street from the Walton arts Center.
